1. Scope of Services

We provide local and long-distance moving, packing, loading/unloading, and optional cleaning services. Bookings are subject to availability.

2. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

  • Hourly Rate: $200/hour (2-hour minimum)
  • Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise arranged
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a $100 cancellation fee

3. Additional Charges

  • Overtime billed in 15-minute increments
  • Extra charges may apply for stairs, heavy items, or complex moves

4. Liability & Damages

  • We are not liable for items packed by the customer
  • Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours
  • Standard coverage: $0.60 per pound per item unless upgraded

5. Refusal of Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe
  • No illegal or hazardous materials permitted

6. Cleaning Services

  • $125/hour for move-out/move-in cleanings
  • $100/hour for recurring cleanings
  • We are not responsible for inspection failures unless agreed in writing

7. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues through customer support. Unresolved disputes are governed by Illinois state law and will be handled in local jurisdiction.
